MANAGEMENT OF A UNIFORM INDUSTRIAL POWER SYSTEM IN MOUNTAIN TERRITORIES

The energy saving way of development of the Russian economy devel- opment has to be provided by wider use of renewable sources of the electric  power and decrease in power consumption of the domestic industrial output at the expense of progressive technological, organizational actions and automated control systems for power consumption. Management system development results of the uniform industrial power system including high-pressure hydroelectric power stations and the enterprises of nonferrous metallurgy on an example of the RNO-Alania are presented in the article. The control system is divided into a number of subsystems of production management, distribution and electricity consumption. By results of complex researches of hydro-electric parameters and stability  of high-pressure hydroelectric power stations the optimum structure of management was chosen. During energy audit at the enterprises of nonferrous  metallurgy the quantitative and qualitative indicators of power consumption were optimized.
