INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT FACTORS CONTROL BASED ON CONTROLLING

The processiong method of consumer qualities increase of milkand dairy products.  By the results of the experiments it has been established that enrichment of dairy cows with a subtoxic dose of nitrates with a mix anioxodants made positive impact on the technological properties of milk and sanitary – and – hygienic qualities of its properties of milk.
