NORTHERN HEMISPHERE ATMOSPHERIC CIRCULATION AND FLOODS, MUDFLOWS LANDSLIDES ON THE BLACK SEA COAST AND ADJACENT MOUNTAIN TERRITORIES

The conditions of formation and development of floods, mudflowsand landslides on the Black Sea Coast and surrounding mountain  areas were analyzed. The connection between hazardous natural processes in these regions with certain types of atmospheric circulation in the Northern Hemisphere during the XX - early XXI century were identified The tendency of increase in the frequency and activity of the floods, mudflows and landslides in the study area was detected.
