Article is devoted to the search for new areas of training mining. The system of coordination of training activities at the international level with the Technical University of Freiberg Mining Academy. Dana note on the history of mining in Germany and in the North Caucasus and the development of cooperation between German and Russian miners. Noted that the activities of TU PHA and SKGTU coincide , which confirms the possibility and expediency of their mutual agreement. Concluded that mutually beneficial cooperation at the international level between an element of the policy of the University to increase the level of training.
The acceptable model of parameters optimization technique of the architectural and construction project, based on the developed estimation criteria, is considered and offered. Knowledge of separate parameters of the project allows to determine the total size of optimization of the whole project and to grade the project.
On the basis of comprehensive studies substantiated technology stabilizing influence on the dominant physical and chemical processes, accompanied maintainer underground mining of coal within the mine field. By experimental and theoretical investigations have revealed regularities change the solid and liquid phases of coal-bearing strata in the process of their movement in the technological chain: coal-bearing rock - mine dump (land reclamation) - absorbing complex deposits in blood - flow in a mine and a natural watercourse. The dependence linking the appearance of anomalies in the concentrations of the chemical components of the order mining blocks mine field and the reclamation.
The results of the original measurements of density and surface tension of zinc - molybdenum (0.597 wt.%) - aluminium (0.560 wt.%) - magnesium (0.249 wt.%) alloy have been presented. The obtained data have been discussed.
The enrichment equipment history for the goldbearing sands washing is considered, the parameters of the modern conveyor-scrubber and hydro elevator equipment are presented, their main drawbacks are pointed out.
The modern explosive initiation systems were studied. Ranging of the initiation systems using the method of expert estimates was conducted.
The paper dwells on the current status and main requirements for the automatic instrumental sampling of representative samples of flotation pulp during the automatic sampling of products at concentrating mills. It discusses the specific design features and the operating principle of the automatic sampler from the descending parts of the conveying pipes. It is noted that to optimize the process of the representative averaged sample composition from a set of sequential grab samples it is necessary to compress each grab sample proportionally using a special equipment. The paper also describes the main requirements, design and operating principles of the universal device for the automatic compression of the flotation pulp grab sample.
This article determines the importance of forecasting in modern reality. The main characteristics of the time series, classification of methods and models of forecasting used in all areas are shown. For example, in metallurgy forecasting is used to estimate energy requirements, product quality, optimal ratio of raw materials. The different methods used in the forecasting process, with the characteristics and scope, highlighted features are given.
It is shown that the optimization of the vertical type centrifugal mill design is expediently carried out by computer simulation. Examples provided where such modeling has greatly improved parameters centrifugal mill. The design of the mill complex further improved are encouraged to consider the impact a number of input parameters , such as rotor speed, number and shape of the edges of the rotor, pole height of the material in the mill housing and their relationship with the output parameters which allow to design the mill with the specified characteristics.
To obtain the objective picture of the explosives electrization in the charging hose, the electric charge size dependence on the transportation speed and density using the pneumocharges in mining providing speed and concentration change of the granule explosives.
