To explore the role of prolactin in the mechanisms of the rheumatoid arthritis development and course (RA) depending on the shape, degree of activity and stage of disease. Material and methods: Prolactin (PRL) was investigated in 110 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), including 10 men and 100 women. The control group (CG) consisted of 30 healthy individuals matched for age and gender. All patients identified indicators of the process activity. The level of prolactin was determined by using a set of reagents «ELISA prolactin» company «Alkor Bio».The results were analyzed separately for men and women with preserved and disturbed menstrual cycle. In men with RA articular form with an average degree of activity a significant increase in PRL in all patients compared to KG was showed (p<0.05). The content of prolactin increased with increasing stage of the pathological process. In women with RA, the level of prolactin was increased depending on the higher disease activity degree and was more expressed in patients with systemic manifestations and disturbed menstrual cycle (p<0.01).
The Fusarium disease, caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici has been observed in different areas of Iran in recent years. Current biocontrol studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the Trichoderma species against many fungal phytopathogens. In this study, biocontrol effects of Trichoderma isolates alone and in combination and non-pathogen Fusarium were evaluated against F. oxysporum pathogen. In this investigation, these isolates had shown good control of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici in vitro condition and Tomato roots were treated with T. harzianum individually and in combination with T. asperellum and nonpathogen Fusarium planted in artificially infested soil with pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici, all treatments showed significant differences with control, treatments for T. harzianum (T-7) showed more protective effect. Combination of T. harzianum (T-7) + T. asperellum (T- 3) isolate gave the best control (62. 3) at greenhouse condition.

In the article an attempt is undertaken to reconstruct the mythological core of «Fly and snake» tale, recorded in one of the mountain villages of Ossetia. To achieve this goal, first of all, the techniques, characteristic of mythological consciousness, are identified and then the basic mythological parameters, within the which the plot of the tale develops, are distinguished. These parameters – of elementary-sensory perception, emotional and psychological, spatial, temporal ones and others – form a kind of mythological supporting frame, allowing the tale under consideration to integrate into the wider mythological field of traditional culture. As a result, the relationship of this structure to the Ossetian rituals, language semantics, and other genres of folklore can be revealed. Thus, it becomes possible to see its protagonists in a new light and better understand the nature of the emerging relations between them, so that, in general, there is a deeper reading of the plot underlying this tale.
