Modern requirements for assessing the immunopathogenesis of atopic dermatitis in children, provide for a comprehensive approach that characterized the totality of the data the state of immunity. The study involved 108 children with atopic dermatitis and 20 control group children, as a result of which revealed the nature of violations of local humoral immunity of the skin and blood cytokine profile in children with this nosology.
