The criteria of geo-mechanical terms estimation of the extended workings development and state of mines are offered. The analysis of the stocks development conditions, the workings state and the repair works volumes at the mines of «DTEK Pavlogradugol» and of «DTEK Dobropolyugol’» companies is executed. The technical and organizational measures for the problem decision of the complex sustainable support in the complex mining conditions of DTEK company are determined.
The resource – saving methods of the step breaking using the complex detonation processes of the hole charges and the explosive composition: the universal channel striker construction which combines the detonative charge with the hollow cavity and new charges construction with the longitude cavities were elaborated. The most effective explosion schemes are suggested the typical hole charge construction with the universal channel striker is presented. The technological parameters of the iron quartzite explosive breaking providing the minimal output of the mobile dust particles being performed in stages help to achieve the aim. The hole charge constructions with the air in the form of the chains from cushions the synthetic polyethylene capacities in the polyethylene hose dm 200mm being mounted in the hole on the step bottom level are developed.
The article considers a variant of the water-storage bulk determination formed in the mountain territories. The basis of the proposed geometric algorithm constitutes an ideal of the horizontal layers bulk determination which total size corresponds to the whole water storage bulk. The horizontal layers bulks are estimated as the bulk of the general cylindrical surfaces. The proposed method has a significant difference from the existing options. It allows you to predict the volume of the reservoir to fill it with water. This is undoubtedly a positive factor in the realization of the project of the future reservoir.

Reformation of the Federal law on the specially protected natural territories led to the decision of the national natural biosphere reserves transformation of the Russian Federation (in particular the Teberdinskiy National Natural Biosphere Reserve (TNNB) into the national parks. It is much more important for the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation to realize the scandalous amendments to the law on «SPNA», aimed at disorder of the reserved system rather than to restore the lost positions of protection and science, to popularize the unique natural territories of the North Caucasus. The analysis of the Teberdinskiy national biosphere natural park transformation expediency to the national park in the context of the modern interpretation of the Federal law on specially protected natural areas and the sustainable development of the region is provided.
The article summarizes the expected climate changes in Azerbaijan according to GISS, GFDL – 3, expert, PRECIS – 1.4 and actual data. The climatic resources study should be of the rational character. So, humanity must foresee the climatic and meteorological conditions changes and seek for the most effective adaptation ways.
The chemical composition of the river waters in the Alpine zone of Chegem canyon (the Chegem river) during winter low waters and glacial flood for the period of 2013-2014 was studied. The resulted data showed the background concentrations of the main determined main elements. The flood quality ecological assessment is given. The main type of the Alpine river flows is found, the comparative analysis of the obtained results with the ecological classes of the surface waters is presented. The article reveals the relationship between the mineralization value and air temperature during sampling.
The sustainable development of mountain territories supposes the comfortable life – activity conditions creation such as the modern settlements building in the mountain areas. The assessment and forecast of the earthquake place and force on the Earth surface is one of the most important tasks for the building conditions in the seismic regions. The local engineering-geological conditions greatly affect the earthquake intensity. Hence, the seismic micro-zoning and the grounds seismic danger assessment should be based on the engineering-geological zoning of the territory.
In this paper the effect of the human frequency sounds adapted to the conditions of the alpine hypoxia – cardio tone on the cardiovascular system indicators is studied. The obtained results may have practical implications for the different health care systems as well as in the field of bioinformatics technologies. Furthermore, the data of this work and the upcoming research in this direction can help in solving the problems of the highland areas development.
The mechanism of the sustainable regional development management is an multi-criteria system for the decision of many aims and tasks among which are the following: the economic and scientific potential growth, the living conditions of the population betterment, the welfare increase, the rational resources use and nature protection, the production technologies modification, the federal center obligations implementation. These purposes are expressed by the different indicators which can be used as the sustainable development criteria.
