QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF WELDING ELECTRODES USING MODERN METHODS OF ANALYSIS, PREDICTION AND ASSESSMENT OF RAW MATERIALS

Ruhlin G.V., Baymatov A.M.

The authors studied the kinetics of thermal decomposition of carbonates, fluorides, organic materials, the processes of formation of melts, the oxidation of metal powders, moisture evaporation, thereby
creating a data bank of physical and chemical properties of materials covering the electrodes under continuous heating. Creation, development and wide application of modern methods of prediction and assessment of properties of welding materials and, in particular, single-piece electrodes, will accelerate the development of arc fusion welding, achieved a significant improvement of the quality and durability of welded structures

CORROSION PROCESSES IN METAL AND WELDED CONNECTIONS OF THE MAIN GAS PIPELINES

Basiev K.D., Tibilov V.I., Bigulaev A.A., Alborov A.D., Tibilov O.V.

The processes of development of stress-corrosive cracks in steels and welded joints of gas-main pipelines are being considered. The technique and samples to assess the tendency of steels to the nucleation of stress corrosive cracks is being developed. Analysis of the stress-corrosive cracks obtained in laboratory environment on X-46 and X-70 steels allows studying the kinetics of their  development and determining optimal technologies that improve the quality of pipe sheet products. The studies were conducted in the North-Caucasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and  «Stroygazconsulting” LLC

TECHNOLOGYCAL PARAMETERS OF BOOKMARK PROCESS OF THE WORKED-OUT AREA DURING MINING OF COPPER-NICKEL ORES OF TALNAKH DEPOSITS IN THE MINE “SKALISTIY”

Gabaraev O.Z, Lolaev A.B., Hubulov O.Ju.

Results of researches of the stress-strain conditions of the ore accommodating massif and technological parameters of bookmark process of the worked-out area at underground working of great broken state ores are presented. Variants of continuous chamber dredging with advanced unloading on a roof of ore body and with placing of a protective layer from the highgrade hardening mixture with durability not less than 3,5-4 MPа in places of the greatest broken state of the ore accommodating massif are developed. Recommended  technological decisions provide efficient control a condition of the ore accommodating massif, resource economy and safety of working off thick gently sloping ore bodies due to increase of bearing ability of filling mass and decrease in expenses for their erection.

RESEARCH AND CALCULATION OF STABILITY OF WORK OF THE HIGH-MOUNTAINOUS SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER STATIONS (SHPS)

Vasilev I.E., Klyuev R.V., Dolganov A.A.

In market economy operating conditions in the Russian Federation the major direction of development of branch of electric power industry is use of renewed sources of the electric power, first of all, hydro-owls. To territory of republics of the North Caucasus it is concentrated considerable potential of hydro energy, consisting in energy of the high-mountainous rivers. Now more and more attention the Small hydroelectric power stations (SHPS), possessing a considerable pressure is given to building small. For normal functioning SHPS consideration of questions of maintenance of static and dynamic stability of work is necessary. Along with it the complex program of automatic control should be developed by modes of operation SHPS at change of various water-power parameters.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTIMATION AND PREDICTIVE MODEL OF SNOW-ICE FORMATIONS DEVELOPMENT ON MOUNTAIN MOTOR ROADS

Lolaev A.B., Maslanov N.A.

The subject of research is mountain motor roads in winter period. The natural and man-caused factors influencing on the snow cover of motor roads were analyzed. On the basis of analysis an estimation and predictive model of snow-ice formations on mountain motor roads was built. The application of the model will allow developing preventive actions for snow fence of engineering structures and making efficient decisions for arrangement of snow removal machines and their optimum work load. All this will cut down motor road maintenance expenses in winter period.

THE ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF MANAGEMENT BY MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE

Muriev D.M., Dadteeva A.M., Hatagova I.A.

The peculiarity of technical, ecological, recreational and other kinds of activities under the conditions of  mountain and foothill territories is the fact, that it is very expensive in comparison with the plain analogs and hence the price of error is high. The idea of the sustainable development means scientifically well-founded and quite objective representations of investigated problems at all levels. It is possible only by creation of imitating model and computing experiment.
