THE EFFICIENCY OF THE LOCAL DEPOSIT GOLD ORE FLOTATION

M.P. Kazimirov, A.A. Solodenko

The laboratory tests of Natalkinskiy deposit ore flotation were carrieed out resulting in the main ore enrichment factors determination, its crushing optimal coarsity state and the import flotoagents use. Gold extraction is expected not less than 90% using the gravitational flotation industrial technology.

THE CHRONICAL LEAD INTOXICATION AFFECT ON THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF RATS’ KIDNEYS

V.B. Brin, A.K. Mittsiev, K.G. Mittsiev, N.V. Botsieva

Anthropogenic pollution in recent years became rampant, making adjustments to the formation of public health. Recently the cases of diseases caused by chronic poisoning with heavy metal salts increased, and it requires more detailed study of the toxic effect of xenobiotics on the human body. The chronical lead intoxication leads to the formation of severe proteinuria, at the same time a decrease in urine osmolarity, which reflects the violation of the kidney function state. The work was carried out on male Wistar rats. The experiments were performed in 2 groups of animals: group 1 – intact animals, group 2 – animals with intragastric location of lead acetate in dose 40 mg/kg.

THE THERAPY OPTIMIZATION OF THE ATOPIC DERMATITIS WITH THE SECONDARY PIODERMY FOR CHILDREN’ TREATMENT

L.Z. Bolieva, V.T. Bazaev, M.B. Tseboeva

According to epidemiologic data about 10-20% of children in developed countries have atophic dermatitis. The severity of disease depends not only on abundance and intensity of typical skin manifestations, but also on presence and frequency of exacerbations of chronic infections. Chronic infections contribute to persistent, treatment resistant recurrent disease. The objective was to assess clinical efficacy and safety of fusidic acid and mupirocin in treatment of children with atopic dermatitis (AD), complicated with secondary staphylococcal pyoderma. The data received demonstrate positive dynamics of both the infectious process and atopic dermatitis after complex therapy. But according to the scores of symptoms, treatment effectiveness and SCORAD scale dynamics mupirocin was more effective than fusidic acid and so it can be recommended as the drug of choice for secondary staphylococcal pyoderma treatment of the children with atopic dermatitis.

THE PROBLEMS OF THE BIO VARIETY PRESERVATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE GEOCHEMICAL FACTORS ROLE FOR THE MOUNTAIN ECOSYSTEMS (KYRGY ZSTAN)

B.M. Djenbaev, A.M. Mursaliev

Currently, the most important tasks of geochemical ecology of organisms are the expansion of basic and applied research in the field of biogeochemical zoning of mountain areas to conserve biodiversity and sustainable development of mountain ecosystems. Biogeochemical zoning is a necessary method for studying the structure of the biosphere; it is based on the recognition of the unity of life and geochemical habitat in the biosphere. It is necessary to understand the biogeochemical and geochemical state of mountain ecosystems and the biosphere solving practical problems of agriculture, biology, medicine and other industries. The territory of Kyrgyzstan is divided into the following regions of the biosphere: the Central Tien Shan, North-Kirgiz, South-Kirgiz and Fergana- Turkestan. Within these regions there are certain specific sub regions. There are a number of biogeochemical provinces in each sub region. A special map diagram of selenium, fluoride, mercury, beryllium, uranium and other chemical elements in natural and man-made natural mountain ecosystems is made as a result of biogeochemical studies.

THE USE OF THE SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEMS FOR THE HORISONTAL ELEMENTS STUDY OF THE MODERN EARTH CRUST MOVEMENTS AT TASHKENT GEODYNAMIC PLANT

L.P. Yun, A.Yu. Luchkin

The task was to describe mathematically all the deformations, i.e. to determine the system of interrelated parameters, characterizing the deformation process on the basis of the geodesic measurements between the adjacent points in the initial and shifted states. The geodesic methods can present the quantitive characteristics of the processes occurring in the Earth and determine the risk places generating the energy of the future earthquakes.

THE ABILITY OF COMBINATION OF TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM AND TRICHODERMA ASPERELLUM ISOLATES IN CONTROLLING FUSARIUM ROT OF CHICKPEA IN COMPARISON WITH THE EFFECTS OF TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM

M. Akrami, H.M. Shikhlinski

In this investigation, the ability of biocontrol agents, Trichoderma harzianum and T. aperellum applied in combination and alone, which had been isolated from soil and root chickpea field were compared to control of Fusarium solani these isolates had shown good control of Fusarium solani in in-vitro condition and chickpea roots were treated with T. harzianum individually and in combination and planted in artificially infested soil with pathogen F. solani. Although all bio control agents applied individually reduced disease incidence, treatments as combination, except for T. harzianum (T-4) + T. asperellum (T- 6) showed more protective effect combination of T. harzianum (T-7) + T asperellum ( T- 5 ) isolate gave the best control (51.29%) at greenhouse condition.
