Nature as a complete system exists without frontiers. Atmospheric circulation, formation of deposits, growth of woods and migrations of animals took place in the past and still occur now without any concern for the state status of these territories and water areas where they are being developed. Borders of the countries and regions play their role only in the places where the objects of nature are used by people that’s it in wildlife management. The present clause is devoted to consideration of features of wildlife management of the Republic of Kabardino- Balkaria for the basic types of resources.
